Going by the pictures, her forehead was always huge. Don't know what they're talking about. Only difference is it has that weird bump on it now and I have no idea where that comes from.
The lighting probably contributes a lot to how bad that shot looks, but it also looks like something is wrong with her. Probably drugs or something, as has been mentioned numerous times.
the bad lighting makes her look ghostish (if that's even a word).
