Even when you add into account the photoshopping and the makeup, she still has a very tired look to her and her eyes are definitely puffy. Even in the slightly more professional shot, her eyes still look very puffy and baggy.
Those kinds of bags and that much skin discoloration are usually due to drugs or a drinking problem. I will admit that they could've just as likely been caused by severe sleep-deprivation, but the chances of that are small when her situation is taken into consideration.
Regardless of the bags, though, you can't deny that the pre-porn Rina looks different from the current Rina.
