Like it or not theese are the most sucessful IN SO MANY WAYS.
When you see Kuroko which is so good, or Gintama or the like sof Medaka at top you can see AS ALWAYS since they are new people will choose them almost unconscionably first, because everything is fresh in memory.
Gintama new? Wut? Manga has been running for 9 years straight, anime for 6. And there is hardly anything as entertaining as Silver Balls.

It was awesome the first couple arcs however,
Up until they saved Rukia, but right after that its like they hit a Level Up standstill. Byakuya was apparently so godly, and Arrancar were nothing to him, yet in the Soul Society arc Ichigo beat him... And suddenly Ichigo has trouble with the Arrancar?
And since when did 3 Months of theoretical training make you better than being in top form like you always were?

Bleach used to be awesome. So, there are still fans hanging around, hoping it getting better after what I will call the worst arc ever(Aizen vs Ichigo) happen.
One piece anime should be a lot lower. It covers what half a chapter in 1-2 episodes?
by that logic bleach should be #1 as each episode covers over 4-5 chapters of material
