Moe only make sense for brainless fans, those that have it to hard when it requires to work a few neurons or simply fun series that do not wholeheartedly invites them to masturbate to lolis.
Rikka is quirky and adorable. That is her main appeal. She always seems to be entertained and the environment around her will most likely not be a boring one because of her.
Either way, her sister is my main attraction to the show. I hope that ladle-wielding delicious character returns in the upcoming episodes.

Signs that people is getting fed up are already appearing, like how so many older anime is being revived and day by day more people is getting fed up with moe and fanservice, not mentioning important figures in the so called anime industry are letting us know of their discontent with the shit state anime is in today thanks to type b otaku.
