Demon Gaze, an RPG from Kadokawa Games for the PlayStation Vita, has lately been attracting as much attention for the sexiness of its art as it has for its “classic” dungeon crawling gameplay.
The game itself has been described, possibly rather accurately, as an “orthodox dungeon RPG” and this orthodoxy is more than evident from the screenshots:

Check out the Rance series, it's one of the longest running adult series (Comedic rape), but has one of the best rpg gameplays.

If you want a dungeon crawler with similiar character design like this, any Etrian Odyssey games will fit (I recommended the third one though since it seems to be the most playable of the three).
If you're uneasy with moe pics in your dungeon crawler and prefer more classical elements like actual dice rolls, ACs and brutal interface/difficulty then The Dark Spire (for NDS) is the good choice to go.It even has a line and bleeps mode option for these precious nostalgia points.
...and now for someone who would rather stick to their actual Wizardries than their *cough**cough*clones, I recommended the fan translated japanese SNES port of wizardry 1-2-3 collection and wizardry VI for their enhanced graphics and your convenience's sake (duh...why is it so hard to get that DOSbox working properly?)

If it's just text boxes and a few menus like the screens suggest, there's a good chance X-seed will pick it up.

The story and battles better be good then, because if they're hoping on pulling people in through peekaboo fanservices alone, there are already 2D and 3D eroge RPGs out there which tell competent stories over fun battles without having reservations for full-on sex scenes.
Elaborate, cause I find most of these eroge totally lacking compared to a real RPG.

Oi! Bethesda knows how to make fun games (though their AI and storyline are crap usually. No, Dishonored does not count, it's developed by Arkane!).
Why does half of this cast have either glowing or mismatched eyes...? Surely there's a better way to define your character other than that, or by giving them more metal scraps/less clothes.

This game is one of those borderline things that desperately wishes it was an eroge, but stops just short of it. You have a protagonist that defeats and enslaves monster-girls (and only girls) with his Code Geass eye as he quests to do something at the end of a labrynthian dungeon.
Maybe I'm just tired of the generic "cock-tease" level of game design, but I'd rather play Unchained Blades on PSP than something so obviously pandering even on the new Vita.

What's wrong with the VIta? It has P4 Golden which is like an automatic win for eternity.
The only thing wrong with the Vita is its tiny library of non-ports. It's actually a pretty good system, it just needs a more robust selection of games.
A few more titles like Gravity Rush and it will be quite solid.
We also have God Eater 2 to look forward to next year!
