We have had three previous series where they have not added nipples, there is no reason to believe they suddenly will now. This is how Shaft does this show, it isn't blank boobs until DVD/Blu Ray. The only true censoring Shaft has done with the show was a couple panty shots in a single scene of the teacher in season 1, although they have done a large amount of changes for DVD/Blu Ray simply because they are Shaft

AT-X has aired many censored shows as well before, they air which ever version the studio gives them. Studios like keeping uncensored versions for blu ray in many cases. The difference is that they do not require the studio to censor it before they will play it in most cases, and because the studio allowed Motto to be uncensored we had thought they would repeat that again this season. They still have shows with tits though on their schedule, it's not like they changed policy.
