I actually cannot believe JoJo isn't even in the top25. I know it's been running for a long time and it's not for everyone but c'mon...it's much more well-known and succesful than a lot of these entries.
I only liked Stardust Crusaders, haven't gotten into the other series as much as SC.

Nichijou is just...I really don't know...but yeah, Hyouka cleaver and a more pure expression of the mystery genre. Because so many revolve around murders, dumb people seem to think mystery and horror are the same...that's like calling a resident evil game horror...can't be done...they contradict each other. It's like how my sister rented silent house and when I realized halfway through it was mystery and told them there won't be any blood and intestines flying across the screen my 3 year old nephew was PISSED...what was I talking about?
I agree with you on Hyouka, but Nichijou is good enough, with its hilarious comedy and over-the-top acting. It reminds me of the days of Azumanga Daioh
