I managed about 2 and a half episodes.
then you missed out on a great show.
Yeah right, TT was average in every way possible, i dont see it standing out in any way except for Wakana's dad who somehow managed to be a realistic parent.
TT story/plot was mundane/average, but they told it well, production values were high, characters were honest and not 2D, and the music was as fun as it was supposed to be. So I'd call it pretty good. It just got beaten by 2 superior high school anime this season.
Average for you
@14:20 This was far from average, pal.
i gave up after 6 or 7 .___.
Poor you
Dunno I think it's probably more realistic, in form of relationships for that age, and it shows how friends can support you in ways you didn't think they would. think this is probably one of the more real high school drama's. Everyone is entitled to their opinions.
5 episodes... and drop
another shitty anime end.
I'm enjoying every momen and episode in this Anime :)
Loved the changing Ending and progressing character and environment to becomes better with Music !
How do you fucking know about the ending if you've dropped it at 5 episodes?!
Stick with generic Shonen series...It'll be more easier for you to understand.
I-It moves!!
*ctrl+s*
Sadly that's true so far every anime that just finished tari tari is worlds better. 8/10
false: jinrui.
Yes! "Watashi" is bloody awesome. I'm sure we won't ever see anything like it again. Including a sequel. :(
Loved the pleasing atmosphere, I'm a little sad that we didn't get to see more romance. But all things considered I liked it.
MOAR OKITA SAWA!!! PRETTY PLEASE!!!!!
i dont believe this shite. Kokoro connect is best of season FOR A REASON.
Kokoro connect hasn't had its "finale" yet. Can't argue that it's a more interesting series than the mundane Tari Tari, at least as far as story.
In fact, I'd put Hyoukka ahead of Tari Tari, too. Very similar stories, but Tari Tari was much more manipulative of viewers emotions. Both were "heartwarming" as the saying goes, but Hyoukka felt more genuine.
To be called 'manipulative' I disagree it connotates negative emotion.
I'd call it more heartwarming and supportive emotion and bond between friends.
In fact, I'd put Tari Tari ahead of Hyoukka which is confusing and much more 'head-wrenching' series, which is good for nerds.
lol so you're saying you're retarded? no.
hyouka for amazing visuals and school life/mystery with a smart lead.
tari tari for drama kinda thing revolving around group; drama often feels forced sometimes though.
kokoro connect also follows group with semi-main; focused on drama and romance.
ive watched all three and my favorite is kokoro connect, but its cause i'm a pervert and really like inaba cause her line regarding masturbating LOL also like
Kokoro Connect is good, but Tari Tari is more awesome :3
Omg click on sawa's boobs and she reacts!
SHE'S ALIVEEEEEEEEEEEE
Click where her crotch would be.
I wonder where her cellphone is now.
Move over Asuna, there's a new Flash in town!
Clickclickclickclick
well, good for them.
amused at the vibrator noise zone.
Couldn't get past the second episode. The plot direction was all over the place, what was it even about?
The basic plot is about a girl rejected from the Vocals club, and then making her own Choir club so she can still sing.
It's all about music choir
Your loss.
Love all the three character heroines in Tari-Tari. More than adamant generic 'cool' protagonist Hyouka character series period.
Dropped Hyouka after episode 6 .. loved Chitanda though >_<;
If... there are actually people claiming that this was better than Hyouka in anything other than pacing, there is something seriously wrong with the anime community.
It can be a little dry, I admit. But it has subtlety and characterization rarely seen in anime.
Hyouka was fucking BORING. Deal with it.
At least this show had delicious Sawa.
inb4horsebestialitydoujins
Exactly! I personally loved both Tari Tari & Hyouka.
Rewatch it
tari tari and hyouka are just both good rather than animes with nothing but just big boobs bouncy and story that is not even worth hearing
ill be honest, this looked quite lame that i just gaveup watching, i still made an effort to see ep 10, but after, just a no go
lol at people saying kokoroconnect is better. Society really is getting dumber.
Nah, It's something called "personal taste".
They're both really, really good.
omg, I thought" hey a nice pic to download"
"AAAH! BAKAA!"
scared the living shit out of me
When I first began this season, I actually dropped Tari Tari after watching the opening. Then after hearing it was actually good, I decided to give it another shot. I believe the show is a solid 7 or 8. Nothing really spectacular, but what it does it does well. I prefer it over Hanasaku Iroha too.
Another show that I dropped was Jinrui, but I actually made it (struggled more like it) through the first episode, so I'm unlikely to give that one another shot until it has ended and has lots of positive reviews. I couldn't stand the photoshop filter BG style.
at least it's something worth keeping in my hard drive.
ME3 has better ending ;)
Damn, these fucking 12 years old's are all over the place.
Where Get Asuna Flash ?!
hahahaha...
XD
The thing with this show was that is was subtle and quite realistic while still maintaing the cheery atmosphere of anime of its kind. If you're in to anime for over-the-top plots and characters, Tari Tari is probably not your thing and I understand that. However, if you want something that tells a believable story and is something to relate to, I'd recommend this anime. It's one of the best coming-of-age anime in recent years.
"Subtle"? This show hits you on the head, hard, with the obvious plot devices.
The dead mom thing, with the bitter left behind best friend and struggling daughter, the dad vs teenage daughter, the one-dimensional super cheery girl, and the "oh noes, my foreign friend didn't get my letters!!!" thing...
This show was basically a jumble of poorly explored plotlines with an poorly executed 80-feelgood movie ending. The only reason to find it subtle, would be because none of the various plots gets explored very well.
No, I disagree with EVERYTHING you've said. :)
@ People bitchfighting over whether this or Hyouka is better:
Both series are great, and alongside Jinrui make up the triumverate for "top shows of the season". Jinrui for being original and a nice social commentary take on the downfall of humanity, Hyouka for its class and brilliance and for the time Kyoani learning "subtlety" and "poignance" and Tari Tari for being genuine, pure of heart and unpretentious.
Kokoro Connect can gtfo though. Interesting ideas but executed poorly due to generic love triangle drama, Heartseed + Heartseed #2 being plot devices to drive manufactured drama and the females constantly beat up the males in physical.
And SAO? I dropped that ages ago.
*first time Kyoani learning
