Many have dyed in a violet explosion in a Chinese village which caused the streets to run red, after large quantities of powdered violet dye fell from a truck and was scattered over a wide area after other traffic smashed into it, quickly turning much of the village fetching shades of red and violet after contact with water.

The RED Army strikes again?
Because Red is better than Not Red.
Exploding dye powder?
China's explosive stories never seize to amuse me.
This is nuthin to dye over
color blinds people probably are like "why the hell is water so fascinating all of the sudden? why are people older people playing with water, weird times"
>implying colorblind people can't see red
It depends on what kind of colorblindness they have. If they can't see colors at all, then they might not notice anything special about it aside from maybe the water having turned a slightly different shade of gray, though not being colorblind myself, I'm not sure how alarming that might seem.
If they have just about any other kind, they'll either notice that the water either suddenly went grayish or else went from gray to some other color that it shouldn't be, which would definitely be alarming.
One of the most common types of color blindness, is being color blind to red. My color blind friend says it just looks brown.
What a colorful pun.
this may explain their red rivers too.
Enough dye to colour entire rivers? Colour me impressed.
Colour or color....
Made me face palm not once, but twice; at that fine sample of cheese.
I admit it, the clever wordplay got me this time.
I admit it, this wasn't the first article I fapped to!!
I enjoyed it as well. I also like that it also wasn't filled with hate.
lol. same here. you win this one, sancom
Same here too. So anyone else wondering what really happened?
Whup. Never mind. I misread it.
What's to wonder? Something in China exploded and a bunch of people dyed as a result.
Right more like Dye'd to grab the attention of the reader.
I sure hope they catch the purpletrator who caused this!
Dye Hard!
@13:47:
Spit my drink all over my keyboard, good show sir.
Everybody caught red-handed! SO who's done it?
Wouldn't that be reder?
Actually this is probably what realy happened. Industrial dye these days is ULTRA efficient. A bit like the tracers scents you put in natural gas to make it smell something, you need like a drop for tens of thousands of litters. If a whole truck explode well... no surprise. The same thing would have happened in USA or Canada or anywhere for that matter. It just happened to be on an exploding truck in China... I will just put a little line under exploding and China.
Gotta get-get, gotta get-get Gotta get-get, gotta g-g-g-get-get-get, get-get Boom boom boom, gotta get-get Boom boom ...
I can't believe all those people dyed! Rest in piece!!
what's the first picture? a pound of kush/doja/reefer/chronic/bud/hydro/sticky sticky some folks call it sticka?
Someone doesnt know what weed looks like.
sadly it looks more like someones dinner eating its dinner..
"large quantities of powdered violet dye fell from a truck "
Did the truck explode?
The explosion is metaphorical, referring to the mass of colour unleashed. Can't believe that had to be explained...
When I read the headline I thought a deadly chemical accident had occurred...
don't be sad, there is still hope : nobody said it wasn't toxic
let's hope so
where are the mobs
How the fuck did the dye make it into your house, woman!?
"Open the window, let me feel some of that cool breeze."
someone in her family walk in the street and get Dye in shoes.
Return home and Shoes mark dye all over the house.
so she must clean the house.
riiiiight and nobody noticed this until it was literally spread out flat over most of the surface of the floor? I call bull fucking shit.
I was going to post the same thing, I love how it's spread all over the floor like someone just deliberately put it there.
In fact I'm pretty much gonna call it, the people in this village have simply been spreading the shit all over the place by their own hand, just to get some media attention. We've seen other examples of this kind of behavior from chinese. It's so hilarious.
Pretty sure the dye got into the water system. Shes using water to mop up/ clean the floor and it just happens to be dyed.
okay so I also fell for the wordplay, but was unfortunately disappointed by the death toll on this particular "explosion."
THEY GOT MAROONED!
Artefact, this is how your articles used to be written. Please return to writing in this non-hateful style, ne~?
You'd think these Chinese would be more concern with their lives being threatened by things exploding at them then their stupid Anti-Japanese protest.
When I first saw the title I was going to say that this is getting to be too much.
oh china
