Yeah that omake picture is from a Resin recast of this figurine modified to be a cast off or topless.
I'm pretty sure it's just photoshopped. Notice that the edges of the entire figure are sharp and in focus in the full-sized pic, aside from the part that's now been "uncovered", which is slightly blurred. Zoom in, and you can see even more editing artifacts along the edge.
