I would agree, but I think she has too... intelligent a face. She actually looks like she's thinking so she actually fits characters like Homura and Kiki who had that inherent adorableness, but intellect behind their eyes in their designs.
Hakase was adorable because of the wide vacant eyes that belied her random genius ^^ Plus the complete lack of any perception of what the hell was happening around her. I don't see that little girl able to bounce around like Hakase.
