Miss China’s Nipples “Must Be 20cm Apart”

The latest controversy to attach to the surreal world of “Miss World” contests is the revelation that contestants are being judged by the distance between their nipples, with 20cm held to be the bare minimum.
The “Miss Locality” beauty pageant, held at a Hubei province university, attracted instant celebrity not for the glamour of its line-up, but instead for its unusual stipulation of the minimal allowable distance between the nipples of contenders.
Sina Weibo users have been mystified by the new criteria, wondering “who thought this up?” and “why 20cm apart, of all things?”
Even celebrities have dared to criticise the contest, with one such lady asking “Since when is the distance between a woman’s breasts a standard of female beauty? Do they perhaps think women are dolls? It’s despicable to judge women like that.”
The strange judging criteria which seem to be applied universally in “Miss” contests no longer seem to surprise many online:
“What is the point of this?”
“We need pictures!”
“I don’t get the point of this, though not do I get why people are so upset.”
“This is just so the judges get to look at and feel up the girls I expect.”
“Right, the judges will be the ones measuring after all…”

After the last disfigured dogs the chinese sent to the contest I do understand they want to somehow regulate things to keep that from happening again and making a fool of themselves but where do the 20cm come frome?
Was that just an arbitrary figure or do they know something the rest of us doesn't?
Or is it all just a scheme to get a closer look?

This likely has something to do with the judging criteria for the overall figure.
All these "Miss Whatever" pageants tend prefer girls who are more shapely and taller than the Chinese average. A girl with sufficiently broad shoulders, hips, and height is more uncommon among Asian women.
These features would no doubt affect the spacing between a woman's nipples, and that spacing could similarly be used to weed out slender stick-figures and save time.

Does it say whether it is 20cm horizontal, vertical, or "anything goes"?
For that matter, does it say anything about maximum vertical displacement? I would argue that more than 5cm vertical difference makes for quite a weird look.
Also, what about third and further nipples? Do they have to be at least 20cm in any direction from any other nipple, or would it allow nipple clusters, like two on one breast, or two on the navel, provided that at least "some" other nipple is at least 20cm apart?
And what about that 8 year old kid with an extra nipple on her foot, does that count for the 20cm rule?

They are trying to fall in a more ocidental beauty model as asian girls tend to have their nipples pointing more inward while ocidental ones usually há them a little outward, depending on the size forming a 90º angle with the center of the back. If you ever read material about anatomy on drawing girls, quite a few mention this proportion...

I do not know what the problem is. I will only allow women who's nipples are 20cm the privilege of being intimate with me. I also require that their clitoris be 1.27cm in length and their labia extend no more than 0.6096cm. They must also have legs and arms of equal proportions and strong birthing hips.

The Miss World contest this year was one of the strangest events ever on TV.
China the host country, wins the contest (a practice normally thought to be rude, because hosts invite guests and not reward themselves).
Counties that China wants to strengthen alliances became finalists too.
Countries that China currently has a negative perception on got eliminated fast.
The requirements above must be for making their own models winners by default as that 20 cm breast distance must already belong to their model for next year.

Actually is not the distance but the angle that is importante, when you are learning to draw girls there is a proportion that says nipples should form a 90º with the center of the back, meaning they point slightly outward...
