for those of you who think Yozora's placement is messed up, get a load of this: Kiyama Harumi (from Railgun) is on the full list. Given, she just barely made it, placing 42nd at the very bottom (with 12 votes). Even so, I find this noteworthy because I always considered Stripper-sensei anything but flat. Nothing huge, but comfortably placed within a medium size range (perhaps even higher medium). And yet, somehow, she manages to even get on the list while characters like Homura, Tenshi, Sanka Rea, Kuroyukihime, and about half the cast of OreImo (particularly screwed up considering these shows are still fairly recent and popular) remain absent.
