AKB0048 wasn't even bad. Hardly original but quite entertaining. And I'm not even an AKB48 fan.

Ok AKB0048 wasnt that bad, but man... that anime was a crazy propaganda crap. Some times was really hard to watch, and im an AKB48 fan (for now). I could put it in ... spot 15 at least.

It sometimes happens, that leon releases two rankings, best and worst XYZ. Where its not uncommon that the last one of the worst, happens to be number one in the best. So you might better consider it as a normal ranking at all.

Natsuiro kiseki was one of the best anime's of the year for me.
I was gonna watch it cause I thought it was going to be a nice slice of life anime until they started flying at the end of episode 1, then it just got dropped immediately.

I think people had too high expectations from Eureka 7 AO. But didn't live upto it's full potential. Anyway, it's one of the best of Spring season. Better than most cliche shit like Accel World.
Really? REALLY? O.o I watched AO for 6 episodes and just couldn't stand it any more. It was super confusing, what was going on if it was indeed a sequel? Where was Eureka, Renton and the rest of the awesome cast from the original?
The music was really generic when all the music in the original was amazing. And then the characters just got on my nerves a bit and seemed mostly boring. There was too many kids and not enough 20-30 something hipsters and why was Nirvash a different colour. I guess people wanted to see more familiarity but it felt like a totally different anime.
I agree on a lot of these points. AO does a lot of things well, and shouldn't be near the top of this list, but it doesn't live up to the original.
Eureka Seven felt fresh and original throughout most of the series, while AO tends to rely too heavily on anime clichés. It feels like an Evangelion clone much of the time, only without an emo protagonist, tragic occurrences, or much emotion at all. The aerial battles don't compare to those in the original, and feel like much less effort went into them. The same goes for the character designs, writing and music.
Overall, it feels like its geared toward a younger, less discerning crowd. I got the impression that most of the people working on it either weren't involved with production of the original, or weren't all that enthusiastic about doing a sequel. I'm still watching it though, as it can be great at times, but I'm having doubts that it will eventually meet the standards set by the original.
Eureka becomes really good in the second half (about eps 11-12). Just watch it.

Hell i never even bother to look at accel world it was to shitty for me. And i couldn't stand looking at the main characters fat ass.
Accel World pissed me off for the first 10 episodes, but it got a little better. Not a classic, though. I hate whiny bitch "heroes".

Yeah, E7 AO was pretty good, and just like the original is gonna take some time to build to the climax. They can't expect it to be amazing every episode like Gurren Lagann.
Anyway, one thing I'm wondering is why Nazo no Kanojo X/Mysterious Girlfriend X isn't in the top 25. I liked it but I'd figure most people wouldn't, or didn't even notice it.

Fate/Zero was nothing short of awesome. Didn't care much for Tsukihime, and Fate/Stay Night was good, but Fate/Zero was off the hook.
