I can't believe that they made a shitty ecchi anime out of Muv-Luv. Especially Total Eclipse which had some really depressing scenes and twists. I enjoyed the VN for the Plot and the depressing and helpless Atmosphere.
In the Anime they prefer going to the beach while the BETA destroy Earth. Also I just don't get why they did that to Tarisa.

I hate how they started showing her background first, I built up some respect for her being the only survivor then becoming a lieutenant. But now they start this tsundere generic crap, they shouldve just kept the fanservice up to the skin tight suits. Dropping this series if they continue the beach crap next ep.

This show had one of the best introductory episodes i've seen in a long time. But after those episodes...... it has just been an endless run-around of the American pilot complaining about piloting and the Japanese chick being an Ice Queen.
This has just being a tremendous disappointment.
