Ukrainian exhibitionist protest group Femen have not spared the Olympics their naked fury, this time protesting the controversies the religion of peace has managed to inject into the event, although with the amount of controversy the event is attracting already they will have their work cut out being noticed…
The vague context of their protests is apparently the controversy over Saudi Arabia agreeing to allow women athletes to compete for the first time, though with the condition they force various sports to allow their own Islamic outfits.
Needless to say, the position of the Olympic authorities that it is wonderful that all nations are now fielding women athletes, even if it is on the condition that both they and the event be forced into accepting Islamic outfits, has not proven uncontroversial amongst those who value female equality over submission to the religion of peace’s dictates.
