Looks like there's two things that were left out. When all 5 of them where in the room together there was a brief panty shot, but this is most likely referring to what happened at the very end of episode 2.
In the manga (chapter 4) before Iori starts giving her speech she talks about how she read body swapping manga before and about the stuff that normally happens. Then she starts talking about messing around with his "thing" and asking for advice.
Was only a page or two worth of manga though, and mostly seemed like it was focusing more on a joke that she kept calling it "that" or "thing" over and over.

You know, I'm sick of hearing (reading) every time about K-On reference. The show is over! get over with it already!!! Who cares about if Azusa or other K-On characters appears?! Nobody mention about this show being unique and good!!! I for once, don't give a damn about cameos and enjoy the anime. I disagree, I was on the fence with the first episode, but second episode took a more interesting turn so I'm more happy with it. And seriously, there are heaps of other animes this season with fanservice so you can go watch them if you want.
