    I love this. It has a sort of original premise thats not really explored in anime untill now.

    "What happens to the hero after he defeats the demon king and returns to his original world?"

    In this world there are many heros that gets summon to another world and successfully returns with all their skills and magic intact. So a clash of other heroes are invetivable. I hope we see it real soon.

    Plus the guy is a total BAMF.

    But go to Mania.com forums, check the anime sales by units from 2000+ and you'll see for yourself.

    Actually, rather surprisingly, the nudity isn't just there to titillate, but because it serves a function in the story (You know, like in NGE, maybe you've heard of it).

    As for Harem, this guy is akin to Errol Flynn, stealing hearts left and right, so for once it makes sense for the ladies to swoon over him. So not your prototypical harem show in that regard either, as most of them get a harem, even though they're really not that appealing/charming etc.

    With only prolonged exposure to the character justifying their attraction, because it turns out that he's sweet/caring etc. But that's essentially wish fulfillment for an Omega, in the same vein that the Revenge of the Nerds franchise is one.

    So while this guy is an Alpha, he's not an unlikable one, as is usually the case in shows like this. Quite the contrary, he's the type of guy you'd trust your back to in a fight, and know that he'll keep you from getting jumped from behind.

    Lastly, as for calling the story shit.
    a) You haven't watched it, so how can you determine if it's good or not? Going by appearances only? How did that saying go: Don't judge a book by its cover.

    b) It's the frigging first episode, that means the story is still being set up, so again, not really possible to ascertain that the story isn't good.

    But it does seem promising, even if the initial appearance seems to be the cliched "Prophesied Hero becoming King" (Offered The Crown) trope. Execution will be key in determining whether it becomes good or not.

    I have to agree. This one seems to also have a bit of a dark threat in the background. He appears to had destroyed the column but it was being held up and in place by magic still when that magic was removed it shattered and that guy is planning on stealing his powers. Appears the school is not what it seems and is studying to steal the powers from the others.. it does not bode well.
