Chikan Dealt With, China Style

The sheer directness of the approach Chinese police have taken to shaming their creepy toilet peepers has been winning some admirers overseas.

His crime was apparently the voyeuristic staple of spying on hapless ladies going to the toilet.

Whether this is any more effective in discouraging perverts than the traditional approach of merely splashing their name in all the papers is not clear, although it seems doubtful the mass media in other countries could be persuaded to come out without the prospect of something significantly more salacious.

The “public execution” of criminals by way of media shooting squad is a Chinese staple – although normally such theatre is reserved for those guilty of more serious crimes.

Well, I do agree with it to some extent... Just think if this was done to a guy who was actually innocent.

lol Five years later they find out that it wasnt actually him, but the damage is done, his wife left him and has remarried, his son killed himself from the shame, and his rich father disowned him and took away all his money.

No different then being accused of child molestation. You don't even have to be charged to more or less be fucked when the media gets a hold of it.

Alternatively, just upload some CP on someone's PC and call the cops. Not even politicians are immune against the almighty public outrage.

Considering that in many provinces in China people don't even use toilet stalls (men and women alike) and just do it wherever they please, this seems overblown.

Realistically, from what I've seen/heard China has it's share of good and bad, like every one else. Unfortunately, from the West's general perspective (very general), we tend to only get a hold of the bad and very little of the good (irregardless of the percentage) .

I am a Chinese but I do not live in China. By knowing 3 languages, I used to live in part of the China but weren't really part of China. (I dont want to say where Im from but you get the idea...) Im currently living in NY and I can tell you guys that I hate Chinese communist so much that I can do anything to get rid of them form the country. However, I gotta admit the Chinese communist did contribute to the country in some ways, and there is no doubt it allows the economy to grow rapidly in recent decades. Yet, it does not justify the bad, corrupted and evil things they have done. People usually tell me to stfu by saying if it wasnt the Chinese communist, China wouldn't be as economy powerful as today. Yes, I agree, but money is not everything and one day the economy will shrink for sure once the bubble popped. If we do not use this chance to wake up, we will just go back to 1940 quickly after the economy shrink. It would be like a short dream and then go back to the shitty lives we used to live in. I hate to say that but at that time, I will probably tell them: see? I told you so.

Except nowadays, the Health & Safety people would probably require him to wear impact rated eye protection before being pelted and they'd probably inspect the fruit/veg first to make sure it wasn't too hard or too rotten.

Case in point: they use an iodine swab before administering lethal injection in the US.

I'm interested in knowing how you came to that conclusion. I mean, if you based it off the simple fact that I'm on a website such as Sancom, I'm afraid you just put yourself in the same boat as myself. Which is rather humorous in and of itself.

My theory is, when your libido is too high, youur lust goes beyond the bounds. And from there on it's not enough to just have normal intercourse - you want more of a woman, you love and want to explore every bit of her body and bodily processes, like urinating and excrementing.

It kinda turn me on too. Because this is very intimate process, and you can peek on it.

Doesn't China have laws banning porn, just like most other forms of fun that don't somehow add to national productivity? That's one reason their government hates the internet, after all. Why should you be searching then web when you could be working in factories, producing more money and goods for the good of China(read: the Chinese Communist Party)?

Public shaming works quite well if it is in a small closed off community. i.e. one that everyone know everyone else. It does not scale too well when you are in a city.
