Wow, normally this kind of thing would make me rage since I love the QB girls but...
Actually, this guy just kind of beat up a bunch of beginner fighters basically.
Annelotte : Has very little true combat experience.
Mirim : Was just a regular peasant before her armor upgrade.
Shigi : Also very little experience in battle, amusingly enough, she's not much better than Melpha in that regard despite looking cooler.
Luna Luna : Doesn't take battle too seriously.
Branwen : Purposefully nerfed by her owner, nowhere near full strenght.
About the only one who had their total strenght was Liliana, so that's the only one who should really feel for losing that badly. Experienced, access to her weapons, sure she's a bit undead but that can't be that much of an issue.
Branwen should have arguably done better too due to her experience but eh.
Now, had this been any of the classic QB girls like Claudette, Tomoe, Risty, Alleyne or Echidna...then that'd be incredibly shitty. It'd be like having a special in a comic series introducing 'The Dusk' as an antihero coming in on a Justice League comic and beating Superman, Wonder Woman, The Flash and Batman all easily and with little trouble.

Actually, the main character of Hagure Yuusha did just that. He defeated the Big Bad of his world, the story is about, what he does afterwards.
Which is end up at a school, where other such heroes are sent, but he's the first one to have actually beaten the Big Bad in his world, whereas the others have merely survived against the ones in theirs (if my reading of the synopsis is accurate).
So it would be akin to Kyousuke Nanbu and his ATX team from Super Robot Wars (post the Inspector Arc)being sent up against the girls from Lagrange: The Flower of Rin-ne or the NGE kids (right before their fight against) Israfel.
It would end up as curb stomp battles, because of the experience factor difference.
If he didn't fuck any of them, then is no different to any other beta MC

If you look up a synopsis on the series, it says nothing about Queen's Blade crossover. It obviously featured QB characters for the sake of promotion. Who wouldn't want to watch another series with practically naked women fighting in it.
