Well, I wouldn't call it crap, I actually liked it except for how it ended. But it definitely doesn't need a sequel.
agreed with Anon 1:31, it's a great series that doesn't need a sequel (though I'm curious to see how that movie turns out). Spin-offs, on the other hand, could probably work (adaptations of Oriko or Kazumi, namely).

not really, i prefer alot others to madoka, i even only watched madoka recently, since i gave up when it was ongoing, and yes its suprisingly good/deep and alot better than most of this bs list. but then again madoka had good ending so no need for sequel, but i would prefer to see a madoka sequel to most of this list

Well, considering they can't make endless eight again, I'd also like to see haruhi back. When they're not showing us eight episdoes of the same shit, the anime is actually damn good... Despite what haters say.
Agreed to the fullest! Although I actually enjoyed Endlesss Eight, hence my username. The Haruhi series has so much incredible story beyond where the anime ends. Arguably the later novels in the series are even better than the originals.

"Denpa Onna to Seishun Otoko" didn't they say that there is little chance of a sequel because the "fans" didn't bother to buy the BDs and DVDs?
No, Shaft was happy with the BD/DVD sales of that series. It's just that they will be too busy to work on a S2 of Denpa for another year or so. You may have been thinking of HnA. Around the time the BD/DVDs were coming out, he was on twitter begging people to buy more.
By "he" I mean that hack of a "author" of the original LN's.

the 1st season was good, with a lot of science vs magic. The 2nd season, dumped everything down to simply being, right-hand-can-destroy/cancel-anything.
while the 2nd season did have a lot of fanservice, the 1st season didn't depend on it.
Railgun coming first have nothing to do with Saten-san :-p
I"m not sure how a S2 of Railgun would even work. Since they made Saten a main character in the anime, they would either have to go full anime original material or change things from the manga to make her still relevant. I would rather not see Saten going after Accelerator with a baseball bat. It wouldn't end well for her.
Sadly the second season of index is really just a build up to the third season. If you've read the novels it has some much better material to draw on after that lull (which it was).
The whole war arc is just amazing, the new testament stuff is starting slow but it has it's moments.

And I liked Index II a lot. Maybe even a little more than the first.
They should make an anime just for you...

Index 2nd season was a trainwreck. It should be given some downtime, or 3rd season may end up like the 2nd, instead of the original.
Hopefully Railgun's 2nd reason won't turn out like Index's.

Though ranobe starting from volume 7 has quite grim plot, I hope they'll make sequel.

TIGER & BUNNY is one of those shows that shouldn't get a direct sequel. Things ended on a good note and 3-minute Tiger isn't exactly a good candidate for a main protagonist any more.
That said, most of this list is legit.
Durarara! and Spice and Wolf, I hope they do it someday...
