The blue ray won't include nipples either, because the manga doesn't and thus it will be entirley un-cannon aswell as against the mangaka's original intentions. You'll have to cope with the occasional Omake, although that one where shes cutting herself is just wrong :(

Girls' nipples are kind of suggested in the manga in that you can see little bumps when their breasts are shown in outline. There's nowhere near as much shadow though, so hopefully that will lighten in the BD. I'm banking on the fact that they chose Hoods Entertainment for the production...
