The latest entry in the notoriously “sexist” yet strangely successful Hyper Dimension Neptunia series, Hyper Dimension Neptunia V, looks to be more packed with more “disturbingly sexualised young girls” than ever – and it even has a new character with such improbably huge breasts that even macho western reviewers may be able to tolerate her.

The cute and sexy girls are just eye-candy to entice people to look at the game or stir controversy. The games themselves(at least MK2 atm) have addictive gameplay,a hilarious e story that satirizes and pokes fun at the game industry and a cast of funny characters that don't take the game seriously at all.
If you can get past the eyecandy, you'll see there is more than that. That is why I recommend you play HyperDimension Neptunia MK2 before you judge.

If memory serves me correct, the first game in particular recieved a lot of critisism because of one female game reviewer thinking it to be sexist.
You don't think anything. You learn, understand, and then make an appropriate statement about what you actually know. Not some baseless I think answer that has no merit. I have no distaste for them though because some people have a very sensitive outlook on certain subjects. But, their claims should not become rules or effect the reputation of a game, video, art, publisher etc., or prevent the sale or promotion of such targets. Think what you want, but be mindful of what you know and who you tell it to.

Pre-ordering as soon as NISAmerica gets it. Not just because of the eye candy, and certainly not for the gameplay, but because I get to sit back and watch the characters make fun of people who take things like this too seriously. As the real world rants and raves and stresses out, I stare, fap and laugh all the while.
This game is like pure, sugary candy goodness. Which I will happily enjoy for every bit of what it's worth.
