The OP is a wild harbinger of things to come, and the ED is like a mellow lullaby after a peaceful resolution in the episode when she sings them...
I hope a Season 3 comes out (and maybe more) to cover the entire manga, since I'm looking forward to her OP and ED songs, amongst other squid-related antics...

On the female side, first and foremost for me is Mamiko Noto as well. But my second is Romi Park, mainly thanks to Loran Cehack. On the male side, number one is definitely Takehito Koyasu. Number two is tie between Wataru Takagi and Hiroki Takahashi. (Takahashi hasn't had that many parts, but the ones he's had that I've seen are awesome. Especially Harima)
100% agree! Noto Mamiko has the most gentle (and to me the sweetest voice) in the industry. Her most suited role was Yakumo in School Rumble imo.
Her role as Hagoromo Gitsune was amazing also.

While it's true she's mostly famous for here tsundere roles, she has delivered a lot of fantastic performances outside of her typecasting, like Alphonse from FMA and Brotherhood, and I thought she did a fantastic job at Rise from Persona 4; the Animation. Personally I think she's one of the best seiyuu for pulling off really strong emotional scenes.
She also voiced the sweet dragon-girl Rose on Dragon Crisis!

I mean you're referring to the old one (Syoutaro Morikubo). Zero's seiyuu (Ryutaro Okiayu) is ranked 15th in the list.
Btw, the top 2 seiyuu in that list all voiced MCs in Gundam series previously:
Miyano Mamoru voiced Setsuna F Seiei in Gundam 00 Series while Yuuki Kaji voiced Ryubi Gundam in SD Gundam Sangokuden Brave Battle Warriors.
