Soapland Busted for 13-Year-Old: “I Wanted Quick Cash!”

bathroom-schoolgirl-by-kusari.jpg

A soapland has been shut down by police after a 13-year-old girl in need of some some quick cash used a fake ID to trick them into employing her as a prostitute.

Authorities in Hyogo prefecture were given an anonymous tip about a local soapland alleging that “one of the girls there looks underage,” and after raiding the premises confirmed the “exceedingly unusual” fact that one of their girls was actually a 13-year-old middle-schooler.

This quickly resulted in child prostitution and child welfare law abuse charges being levelled against the 44-year-old manager of the soapland, one of only 60 in the Fukuhara district of Kobe.

Further investigations resulted in 3 more arrests and revealed she was introduced to the soapland by a mutual acquaintance, and fraudulently obtained employment there by using a friend’s ID to claim she was actually in her twenties.

She only lasted a week before authorities were tipped off about her presence; the proprietor maintains he “thought she was an adult.”

What happened to the girl is not reported, but she certainly faces no charges, and it appears not to be police policy to pursue ignorant johns in such cases except in the context of enjo kousai.

The 13-year-old is unapologetic about her stint as a soap girl:

“I wanted money to play around with. I thought you could earn quick cash at a soap.”

Such multifaceted injustices have secured much condemnation:

“A JC!?”

“What a quality shop!”

“Wait, she tricked the manager – isn’t he the victim here?”

“How much was she…”

“If only I’d known before they got busted…”

“I’m jealous.”

“Those of you saying you are jealous – she said ‘I just wanted money, I thought it was a quick way.’ She’s the kind of girl who is OK saying that sort of thing.”

“People don’t go to soaplands because of the quality of the girls’ personalities!”

“What exactly did you expect from a soap girl!?”

“I bet you’re the kind who would go to a soap and lecture the girls there – ‘how would your parents feel if they could see you here now?'”

“What, is this guy looking for his next girlfriend at a soap or something?”

“I would have thought you could tell she was 13 from talking to her. Then again, our latest 18-year-olds can barely manage middle school conversation.”

“What about that damn sage who tipped them off…”

“What kind of scumbag would dob in such a fine shop as this!?”

“Her parents must have been prostitutes or something. If not, this tale is tragic on so many levels…”

“I am outraged and envious.”

^This^, Seriously, Why don't they have punishment fro the girls too ?

    Comment by Anonymous

Well, the owner is responsible for looking into things like this, however, she should also be punished because of a little thing people here like to call fraud.

    Ah.

It's so rewarding to see that hilarious Japanese hypocrisy come crashing down on them.

I mean, people can do whatever they want but that delicious shitstorm they summon up for convenience..it's marvelous!

Other countries have the same problems but ONLY Japan knows how to celebrate them in such a ridiculous fashion! Hats off!

Only thing holding japan together is this weird bureaucracy, which i might add is vey effective. The proverb: money makes the world go round, keeps everyone happy for the most part...everything has a price.

    Comment by Anonymous

    Effective?

Japan, as we knew it, is slowly but surely breaking apart. I'm just waiting for the big social bang that is likely to happen somewhere in the nearest future.

Japan, as a whole, is desperately trying to retain the status quo in a time when when the shit already hit the fan. The bureaucracy isn't holding anything together. It's merely a cheap cover tacked on a rotten core.

Without radical social reforms and honest reevaluation of their situation they'll eventually fade away with their over-ageing population. Extremely low birth-rates and inhumane social pressure. That's Japan as it is.

japan has been in a recession longer than any country in the world, since 91 i believe?

what you say is entirely true, but radical change will never happen in our lifetime, unless another koizumi comes alone but that chance is nil.

What i was specifically hinting in my previous message was their culture and how the bureaucracy is supporting it. thats really all they got going for them currently. They are unwilling to implement immigration but the next best thing is to actively export their goods which has never happened on a scale like this before. Cool Japan and MITI has really stepped upto to the plate.

I don't know if it's because they're just weeaboos but some people here don't realize that birthrate problems aren't specific to japan at all.

Russia and Germany are the same (all central europe in fact), more recently Italia and Spain face a birthrate at 1.4. People don't seem to care at all (except the russian government), but all these countries are doomed if it continues, and i think it's already too late for russia, japan and germany. Well women "want to be free" so i guess it's difficult to avoid such problems, but even so i think it's possible to have at least a 2.1 children per women if people and governments just fucking do something about the matter. To not have a population decline, at the very least. In europe only scandinavian countries and France are more or less not so bad, for scandinavia it's a mystery, for France it's because historically it's not the first time, they didn't have a so good birthrate in the 19th century for the time (around 3 or 4 though) and it's the reason they lost power in Europe (England and Germany took it). I guess that in the late XXs century their government predicted a bit this general problem in rich countries and took some mesures. USA isn't so bad about it too (around 2), don't really know why.
Every western country (and japan, it's more or less the same today) should be aware of this problem and really do something about it.
Meanwhile, there's loads of new people in "poor" countries each second. India, Pakistan, Indonesia, Nigeria, Egypt... so many people it's honestly scary, so of course we will face overpopulation, but it's not our fault at all, even now we're nothing demographically.
Well anyway sorry for my english and for being off topic.

Just make the names of those voters public and then see them thinking twice about downvoting perfectly legit statements.

Maybe that would be some real food-for-thought, seeing what outlandish posts in this thread get positive votes.

And i'm not even sure about that since 13-year olds in Japan DO come of as 20ish year olds with all their fakeness and superficial get-ups.

Anyway. As per usual, it's only the "effect" that's being talked of, not the "cause".

Not quite Anon@00:52. It really depends on how she looks. Age is a guideline for this. If we were going by age it would be hebephilia (usually about 11-14). Since she passed for an adult though, it might be ephebophilia or even teleiophilia (depending on how much she looks like an adult).

That is of course assuming the men in question who paid her chose her for her looks. Anything under chronophilia is about (almost exclusive) sexual preference. If you want to have sex with someone regardless of age, it wouldn't fall under any of the above terms.

    Comment by Anonymous
    01:16 17/04/2012 # ! Neutral (0)

Actually in this case it would be Hebephilia. But you would have to prove that peripubecent humans were the patrons PRIMARY or SOLE object of sexual desire.

sure, the english language seems to make a distinction between "prepubescnt" and "postpubescnt" for whatever reason, but in japanese, lolicon is the umbrella term for all that is awesome, prepubescnt, postpubescnt, or otherwise.

You're an idiot aren't you? When will people realize pedo is a term for those that are pre-pubescent? She is obviously going trough puberty at that age if she's able to trick people into hiring her, therefore anyone sleeping with her would not be "pedo" and even then that term is strictly limited to those who ONLY are attracted to pre-pubescent girls.

Except the law litterally forbids her to do that and therefore it is by definition not her right.

Let alone the law, encouraging other people to violate the law for her by showing them forged papers stating they won't, usually doesn't sound right.

Feminists might disagree, I happen to not care. I know a behavior that can't be trusted when I see one. I don't need anybody to think for me.

Missing the fact that the human rights issue comes into play here and 'da law' should not be intervening in someone's personal choices whether they like the choices or not since they are not putting anyone else in physical danger.
