The rather poetically titled Dusk Maiden of Amnesia (Tasogare Otome x Amnesia) has been winning new fans with its unusual horror-gag content, although fans of the original have been irked by a lack of slavish adherence to the first volume of the original manga (though this is due next episode).
Pussy or not the hero is irrelevant, the show is all about the girls, and I'm not saying the girls are the only thing good about it, but that they are the ones driving the show.
Ararararagi-kun is interesting, Kyon is very interesting (although they are similar) but most harem heroes are boring and should seriously be taken out of the picture. Saki does just right without a male protagonist. So did Strike Witches.
I'm not so sure... Does having 3 girls count as a harem these days? To me it's the magical number of "Not too much not too little" while it can create good timing for all the heroines
He is actually relevant. The main character is the driving force behind the plot. Otherwise, nobody would have bothered trying to figure out the truth behind all the Yuuko ghost stories. He started the entire thing.
I don't like the fact that they skipped Chapter 0, because it makes no sense how the main protagonist already knows Yuuko without a bit of background information.
And what is the point for bringing Kyrie/Kirie this early? My senses are already telling me this would be an anime-original ending. *shudders*
It starts already into the story, then moves into a flashback. This part is being presented as what's "currently happening", and it will fill in the gaps.
This seems like it will be fun
Once again! a pussy herourrounded by girls who al will fall in love with him! yaY!.........(╯°□°)╯︵ ┻━┻
srsly .. that formula is too old .. why dont they find a lead with balls ! :(
Tenchi Masaki?
Akito Tenkawa [after tragedies]
Ranma?
All the heroes with any level of courage/bravado/skill died in the 90s I guess
There's PLENTY of great heroes from Anime in 2000-2010. I think you forgot about someone named...KAMINA!
thank ken akamatsu for implementing the loser male harem lead which started it.
i dont think teichi that kind of guy
@09:55 you obviously haven't read the Manga.
Yeah, anon never read the manga. Trying to solve a mystery while getting haunted isn't the definition of a pussy.
The Main Character has iron guts since the first chapter.

Ah yes its finally out.
So this is simply seitokai yakuindomo guro version?
Yuuko looks like Enma Ai doing a sexy Rei Tachibana pose.
Another new anime has caught my attention. Giving this one a try.
Makes me think of a different Yuuko.

Seconded. Same character type, but having the same name as well is odd.
Watching this now because of Yuuko.
how the fuck....
Same drawing style of Pani Poni Dash too... an omake from its designer?
OH this is so true!!!!! Hell Girl!
To me Yuuko looks much cuter in the manga
I was charmed at the fisrt chapter of the manga
Manga it is!
but still i would fuck the bang out of yuuko
Horror Gag? Sounds refreshingly new
I read it because it's by Maybe.
If you know what I mean.
That hentai artist, yeah.
A lot of hentai artists are getting their clean shit animated lately. Shuuji Sato(INAZUMA), Maya Miyazaki...
I'm so excited to see this! Finally, I get to see Yuuko in animation.
+/-
So much delicious hime-cut in this season.
YES MORE HIME CUT GIRLS MMMMMM!
I'm drawn to that hairstyle too. Its just so...simple and elegant!
Hime-cut girls are pure win.
I've been following the manga for several years now, I was afraid that they were going to screw this one up. But great job so far!
This might be one of the first new anime this season that I'll consider watching, most of the other new stuff looks pretty craptastic to me really.
How about Sankarea? I've read Sankarea and Dusk Maiden, but I prefer the former...
I don't like the fact that they skipped Chapter 0, because it makes no sense how the main protagonist already knows Yuuko without a bit of background information.

Kind of got a 90's style feel to it, doesn't it? Something about the coloring, I think.
"Occultly," really? Is that even a word?
It is now.
The last picture pretty much sums up the whole episode
Pic #11 is seriously wicked or it's an example of quality animation :3
she looks like the girl from natsu no arashi.
Ooooh. A raven haired maiden.
Ghost Yomi and Zombie Saten in the same season! Only Franken Fran left.
but instead of floating, yuuko ghost like to walk around...
rarely, anime girls wear skirt that long...
its unpopular in japan...
