Mamiko Noto is up there, all is right with the world. But Romi Park would have made it a eutopia, Loran Cehack is one of the best characters ever thanks to her performance.

She ruined Tsukihi for me. I heard her other roles before I decided to watch Index, never liked the roles she was "typecasted" for. Think Kugimiya and tsundere roles.
