Another “Godly” Guro Episode

When this anime started I had high hopes for it in many regards. But this last episode quickly dashed every positive impression I'd had for this series.
I don't know where to start, honestly, the all of a sudden abject lack of "human" like presence in basically all of the characters made this episode seem more like one of those "animated" picture book type endeavors. By this I mean the way that the primary characters (..the ones not experiencing some type of psychotic break)calmly walked throughout a burning building/didn't finish extremely important conversations (i.e, who Mei believed was dead)didn't alert everyone else with any degree of urgency that the hotel was indeed being engulfed by flames/that one of their classmates who hopefully was alive but dying in a pool of blood outside on the sidewalk deserved little more than the attention payed to a bird that had hit the dining room's picture window during dinner!/etc. etc.
They all just stared at each other and didn't speak much at all about ANYTHING that was going on.
Not to mention that they all seemed to reach the end of their respective ropes at the exact same time!
Honestly I was wondering who had made the Kool-Aid served during dinner in this episode. And I would have had to have drunk half a pitcher and Tim Leary's best to have thought this episode anything but 119% FUCKIN' STUPID! Exhibiting some of the worst dialogue, story development etc. that I've ever had the misfortune of having witnessed in an anime to date. I can't remember what other anime is was but there was another recent anime that started out pretty darn good in all aspects and then the writers or somebody decided to completely "fuck it up" to the 9's! I must have blotted that other series out from my memory much like I'll most likely and unfortunately end up doing with "Another-".

P.S. ..and the part where the head of "Counter Measures" decided to blame Mei for the whole shebang without even considering the fact that by her own edict the entire class kept the whole curse situation from Sakakibara WAAAAAAYY to friggin' long for things NOT to have gotten screwed to Hell and back is completely, COMPLETELY beyond me. And no one else happened to realize this either?!! Funny, they did in an earlier episode! Fuckin' dumb. Plain ol' fuckin' dumb.

And I thought this series was fine, before that episode... That was just "guro fan-service" with a bunch of retarded actions by seemly retarded people, it completely lost the plot there...

very dissapointed , this was too stupid

First I was a little shocked after watching this episode. "WTF? What was THAT???" were my thoughts. But it make totally sense. Even if it begun as a mystical sensitve story about a curse and that boy/girl relationship, because of that curse and all the victims, there was building up big fear under the surface of that class/the city. In this last brutal episode it brokes finally out. Genius!!!

Ah the nit-pickers, pointing out all the little bits that make this show un-perfect. Seriously, screw that crap! Admit it, this was the best episode so far! People loved Higurashi for the insane yandere's so how is this any different?

Actually the episode was pretty bad. It's kinda amusing how they show craptons of blood and massacre and people go "awesome episode!" while totally ignoring how bad the actual direction is for the episode.

It's funny that if the Guro element wasn't there, this would have been Another sub-par and forgettable show.

Worst episode so far, if you put in too much of this crap it'll take down the whole plot. This series started pretty good, but this is just overkill.
