“Let’s Make Teacher Miscarry Club” Movie “Utterly Tasteless”

“Let’s make the teacher have a miscarriage club,” a new movie based on a 2009 incident in which a group of boys attempted to do just that, has been making waves online thanks to its controversial content.

The movie is based on a true crime (previously reported here), in which a group of schoolchildren ineffectively attempted to cause their teacher to miscarry by surreptitiously adulterating her drinks and loosening the screws in her chair.
The unsparing title of the movie, grotesque subject matter and the fact the movie is based on a Japanese crime rather than one committed by mere barbarians have all conspired to cause something of an upset online, although such notoriety seems unlikely to be anything but helpful to the movie’s chances.

Because girls acting a group can take vileness, pettiness and cruelty to heights unheard of by the male population when the mood strikes them. Being one I know.
Cruelty in men is usually overt, in women it's mostly sly and underhanded (like trashing other girls on the Facebook). You never see it coming because it goes against the archetype. Some of the characters we love to hate most in literature have been women.

You do realize that the real life account of this crime was committed by a group of BOYS, right? They just changed it to girls for this movie. smh

Nothing to be surprised about. Humans have always been cruel creatures. Just look to history and you'll see. It's just a common misconception, or maybe I should just say a fabricated lie that people often try to make themselves believe, that they are more caring and less barbaric (all around "better") than their ancestors were. Only thing that has really changed over the years is that we have created easier ways to kill, torment, and maim each other along with simulated gore (moves/games) for us to get our dose of the grotesque (as opposed to, for example, the coliseum/public executions/beheading/ectect).

Domesticated animals don't have this kind of pressure for resources of course they don't need to do things like this. Infanticide is so commonplace that people aren't even surprised at all in the field of animal biology. Animals are not all that fuzzy and cute, they are only evidence of how natural selection have shaped them and their way of life. Animal rights activists criticizing humans on a comparative moral ground are nothing but a bunch of failures who didn't have the ability to finish a whole textbook.

I'm going into the medical profession because of its technicality and scientific intrigue, but now the criteria have turned into how much of a bleeding heart liberal hypocrite you are because you have to assume access to medical care is a right, not a service, and the deciding factor of what a good doctor is is not his abilities but his compassion. They are now literally recruiting peace corps tree hugging hippies who have demonstrated no inclination to science whatsoever into medical schools just because they are "compassionate", "loving" and spent a semester in Africa building houses for an American TV show. All the ones who have the ability to actually perform surgeries are barred out because they are too smart for this hypocritical myth. I'm sick and tired of it.

I hope that people who will watch this film will learn from it. People can be cruel, but they can learn from such movies what they should never ever do. Books and films about human cruelty can make people think: " I will never do such a thing. And I'll make shure no one will. And if they do, they should recieve a proper punishment."
