Your comment did make me wonder enough to dig out the relevant DVD ("Lunar Legend Tsukihime 'BLUE BLUE GLASS MOON, UNDER THE CRIMSON AIR.'", Geneon/Pioneer DVD #12347, "Life Threads").
Re-watching Episode 1, "Reversal Impulse", I saw that even within the same episode, her breasts' size fluctuated significantly.
During the episode itself, she's "normal-size breasted", but during the ending credits, she's "larger-than-average-size breasted".

I guess I have to watch the second Index season, because just from watching the first I don't feel like the characters should make any list like this when there are so many other suitable animes...
But at least Ikaros and Astraea are there. Surprised to see both of them.

I disagree. The characters in Index II are some of the sexiest characters in Anime. The second season is also really good, so you should definitely check out Index II if you already watched the first season.
Pointless addendum, 3 months later:
After finally finishing Index II, I can totally see why there's so many characters on this list. Lots of great ones in the show. However, I still feel like there's probably better choices out there, since most of the females listed don't get a whole lot of screentime. But, they're still great.
Oh, I'm going to watch it. I guess I made it sound like I didn't like the series, which isn't true. I'm just in the middle of watching Railgun right now, so I can't start II yet. I only *just* finished the first Index.

No, the list is real, and it's a reflection of a group of people's actual opinions (no matter how small the group in question is). It's not a troll, it's just something you happen to disagree with. It's fine to disagree with these lists (I've done so more than once) but at least be honest about it and don't just say "It's just trolling" (however, while the actual list itself is not a troll, Artefact and Leon's near regular posting of copy-pastaing of these list to SanCom probably is).
Not to mention, the subtext of "Glamorous" here, which is "the most curvaceous, voluptuous, buxom and otherwise well endowed..." which is quoted from the very description before this list. Mimi Usa is a Loli with boobs. She is her own answer to the question of why she is on the list.

No matter what they call it, these farcical lists always break down into one of two camps. List of anime girls with big boobs vs List of anime girls with no boobs. You can apply all the pointless adjectives you want, but within each category the lists are identical.

Glamorous would be more like Idols or Oujou-samas but I don't see how glamorous is connected with their figure in any way.
Whoever started this Post failed big times because there isn't any reason to redo such votings under another camouflage (there isn't any reason to do these votings anyway, but these people sure don't have any ideas what to ask,
because the new anime[2008 - 2012, and these are all the anime they know,as it's clearly shown in the rankings [nearly nothing older than 5-6 years unless it's extremely popular like NGE or Ranma 1/2] don't show any kind of variety in Genre/Story/etc. [Fantasy/Science Fiction seems to have gone extinct over the years] .
