Not just creepy otaku but the Finnish embassy in Japan itself has been celebrating the birthday of witchy Sanya-fancier Eila Ilmatar Juutilainen, which falls on the 21st of February.
Not only do they wish her a happy birthday, they provide a short lesson on the notoriously complex Finnish language:

Acctually that was Finlands ex-presidents husband. If it were the former president herself that would have been more fitting in this case.
