    Apparently drawing battle scenes with crazy animations takes too much time, effort, and money.....so they tried to cover it up with naked girls standing around most of the time >.>

    It's because anime isn't about creating a good story anymore. Fanservice makes money so that's all we have been getting for the past two years, may have been longer than that.

    Is it really bad the current season of zero no tsukaima? Usually I download all full episodes because I hate to wait each episode to come up.

    I really love Louise as a character but if the new season that bad think I'll skip it? Comment?

    Not really hypocrisy; some of us are here just for the news, because they are random and funny. And that doesn't mean we can't be angry with the fact that most anime nowadays really has bad storylines.
    Heck, you can even make a comparison with the original novels if you want. Even though there was a "fanservice plot" in Zero no Tsukaima novels, they still added more of it to the anime.

    In the novels, people get fucking massacred. Here they just get swallowed by light, if they are REALLY unlucky.
    You know how Wardes from the 1st season died in the novel? He got perforated by 7.7mm AND 20mm guns by a VERY angry Saito.
    Guiche's battalion played a key part in the intial assault on South Gotha.
    Malicorne saw some intense and horrible fighting when Tristain's navy engaged the Albion fleet during the beginnin gof the invasion of Albion. Our little fatty was fighting for his goddamned life there. No holds barred, kill or be killed, no matter what it takes.

    It was fucking brutal man. The author didn't spare any details on how horrible war is.

    Also when Saito disappeard after the 2nd Season? They skipped an entire sotryline with very important character development simply by having him appear out of nowhere in the Anime.

    The anime is a goddamned atrocity and all reacords and data of it should be put on a rocket and launched into the sun.

    They can't honestly. I mean from what i can gather they're trying to make each episode cover a whole novel. I'd estimate this episode to be around vol. 19 or so. So the real problem was the 12 episodes to cover 12 volumes bit. I mean it shoulf have AT LEAST been 24 episodes since it's covering twice the material of the previous seasons.

    i've stayed with the series from the beginning but.. ugh. i miss the action and drama of it. Now its cheap jokes, fanservice and more fanservice.

    My favorite episode in this series to this day is the one with the fire mage teacher turning out to be a real badass back in his old days.

    It's because all these uneeded seasons they added that brung up all these unecessary new characters make this impossible to just get to the fighting and the point, like in the first season. Damn elves...

    I may be a fan but even I say this season is boring...

    I used to really like this show, especially the first two season. Some decent action, but mostly d'awww-adorableness from Louise.

    Then Tiffania came and sidetracked both the semi-decent romance and the plot with her gigantic gag boobs. I'm not one of the DFC freaks but I don't find her at all worth all the screen time she gets. I'd rather they focused on the main characters--I'm not even asking for a great plot of development cuz I know that's not happening, but just focus on the characters people actually like.
