    Hmm, I wonder if it's considered one of the worst adaptations in years by people because they hate the guro or if they actually just dislike the story..

    The story was so bad it was good.

    Especially the ending episode, I had not laughed this badly since watching The Omen (2006).

    I never made it past the 1st episode. Hated the art and didn't see much for a story there either. YMMV.

    I guess can label my self weird then, cause found the plot somewhat...epic. Well to each his/her own I'd be part of the handful looking forward for the movie...is what I'd like to say right now this title for me certainly is floating in epic level but only if they provide another story showing off Saya before the whole "hinamizawa" incident. If not I might just depend on how the movie plays out then

    I finished the series, but still not sure if I'm ready to watch the uncensored version in front of my horror loving buddies. They haven't watched guro typed horror before *_*

    I am not a clamp fan as I do not like their style but found everything about this Anime to be a fantastic watch. Very enjoyable on all levels and best of the Blood series by a mile I feel.

    And here we have the opinions of the sankaku moeblob crowd, who do NOT watch anime for a narrative experience. Rather, they stare at certain anime characters in an attempt to satisfy some insatiable cuteness fetish. I'm not trying to say Blood-C was the greatest thing ever, but it was also far from terrible. In my opinion it was the biggest surprise of the fall 2011 season.

    When I heard of this anime I thought clamp was a bad choice to make an adaptation of blood (because clamp are a bunch of fujoshis that only know to make shoujos, shonen ais or false shonens that eventually turns into shoujos). Now I know clamp was the worst choice to make an adaptation of blood.

    no, it's because we have this rare condition known as "liking girls". psychologists are still puzzled over this weird fetish.

    but seriously, by using the blood title they are literally begging to be compared to blood+. reaching this level is pretty much impossible for a half-assed anime like this. and murdering girls really seems to be the coolest thing for marketing people these days, with all the free advertising they get because of these scenes. i wonder if the target audience of people who actually enjoy (and buy) this really is that big, or if it's just kids on the internet trying to look cool.

    I was hoping for a Blood+ sequel, Its my favorite anime series and I loved Saya Otonashi, but no I get handed some moe-fied plotless borefest and Kisaragi. the people of the Bloob project should never had let that idiotic group of women CLAMP go near it

    Well there was blood the last vampire wasnt there and another tv series that was like 52 episodes or something I watched a bit of that and it seemed rather interesting, so is this just another non cannon one in which all the characters die?

    Like are all the people killed here vampires and heal or just one or two?
