It's based on an image of her from the song Romeo and Cinderella. There've been a few songs figures made of songs recently; had the World is Mine figure had her hair out instead of in twintails, with her more realistic face she wouldnt have looked like Miku either.

AmiAmi is always a cheaper for figures (sometimes quite a lot). That works out to just under $38 before shipping.
They're using those colours on the lingerie because it's the colours on the picture this image is based on, from the song Romeo and Cinderella.
Yur only saiyan that because her lingere is a tired cliche of hot pink with black lace trim.
A more pleasant midori with white lace or light blue lace trim would of been more complimentary, to the character - than an eyesore. Perhaps a Babydoll top instead of a cami tank.

Just looking at the first pic, reveals some fail in her design, sure from the back she's got a nice bottom. Butt - in the first pic she has too much distortion in her wiast/midrift that even for a 2D character makes her look freakily weird.
But the question is can balloon full of fart, float?
