It's not cold when you're used to it. I remember being used to much colder temperatures during winter (and summer wasn't really summer). When the temp dropped to -20C it was ridiculously hot for us. It's amazing what the human body can do, but I've adapted to hot weather in the US and can't stand cold anymore (it's been 10yrs since my last visit to pluto, or at least some place that felt similar to it).
