Readers of the Fate/Zero manga have once again been startled, revolted and quite possibly titillated to see Young Ace has presided over the return of one of the more grotesque scenes from the original, in all its extreme glory:

A man goes to the dentist, dentist tells him to sit in the chair. He starts taking off his pants. “Whoa whoa, what are you doing!” “Theres a tooth in there ^.^”
