seriously. While I like Asuka, her breasts are hardly her strong point (this coming from a guy who usually likes the busty girls best in their respective series), so WTF @ her being on this list, to say nothing of her making the top 10. But for something almost as fucked up as that, Mayuka from "Onii-chan no Koto Nanka Zenzen Suki Janain da kara ne!!" is on the full list, at 40th place. How could anybody from that show be there, considering the art-style makes them all look anorexic? Even if we were only looking at recent anime (which this list is utterly infested with), there should still be far more worthy contenders than her (I find it very, very saddening that Idol M@ster's Miura Azusa is nowhere in sight).
have to agree... but then again, these are always just popularity contests - and Evangelion will always show because of the large rabid fanbase. Myself included.

it's as Anon 20:32 says, Miyuki is definitely busty (to the point of her endowment being a defining trait that's brought up numerous times in-show; Mayuka's only defining trait, meanwhile, is black stockings). And the fact that she manages to stand out as busty even in spite of the chibi artstyle seems all the more impressive. Basically, she's the type of character you could draw in any artstyle and still think of as having huge tits. Mayuka, not so much. She seems to be a C-cup at best, and if she were drawn in an SD artstyle, I doubt the odds of her breasts staying intact.

On one hand, I like that Lala Satalin Deviluke made the list. Poor girl's been neglected as hell in the Darkness manga, and if ANY character from To Love-ru were to go on here (Shonen Jump rarely seems to get a mention in these lists in the first place), I'd have expected it to be Haruna or Yui (whom are also busty and, usually, seem to be much more beloved by the fans; Lala, unfortunately, can't even get past one round of Saimoe), so good on her managing to stand out for once.
Other than that, however, this list is quite shitty. Too much focus on recent series (and even looking at the recent series, Haramura Nodoka placed too low; she's on the full list at 28th place), a number of characters whom aren't even all that busty, three Higurashi characters on the full list (Mion, Takano, Rena) yet no Shion (I think she outranks her sister, just barely), some series having multiple characters (no offense meant, but One Piece and the aforementioned Higurashi) while other series full of worthy contenders have only one or none at all, and while Mikuru's alright, she's not exactly someone I'd be willing to put in first place.
