-as a previous Winter Comiket attendee, no- Tokyo's weather is typically 'freezing' by their standards; 10-15C. Early spring/fall weather by most westerners. I saw Japanese wearing fur-lined parkas, while my friends and I wore shorts and-t-shirts. 500km north Japan has real seasons and actual snow, but these are almost unknown in Tokyo and further south.

The thing I find funny about pic 69 are the guns.
In Japan where guns are forbidden you can walk around with replicas and nobody cares. In Amerika where guns are plentiful you can get arrested or shot for having a water pistol that looks too real to some asshole cop.
