I blame the flood of Moe anime making Male characters rarer and rarer.
Well, there are some guy characters. Almost no admirable guy characters these days, though.
Well, you do have Oga Tatsumi from Belzebub and Akira whatever-his-name-was from Cage of Eden (Eden no Ori).

My favorites are the Captain Harlock/Galaxy Express 999 group,Suika Ibuki,and Godzilla cosplays.
I like events.
We met many nice people, and even rolls a torrid love affairs between them.
Too bad that many people see them as a den of madmen, or even roll as a place where the rape of cosplayers.

I'd like to compliment whoever made those Tiger & Bunny costumes. If it was an amateur it was pretty damned good.
And Cobra. So much stuffing in the crotch, so I guess trying to play true to the cliche.
And why so many guys playing Madoka and Homura? Gah!
That's why japanese are not cosplaying gyonyuu characters, like Nami from One Piece. It just looks too funny with a pettanko.

You can spot a Yosuke (Persona 4) in the background of the very first pic.
The Steins;Gate crew looked pretty awesome.
And K-On cosplayers just need to give up. It's impossible to capture those characters in real life, no matter how hard you try. So....stop it!

the rest is awful, it's sad to see how each year it just gets worse. i guess the cosplayers from years further back were indeed prostitutes posing as cosplayers, because the ones from recent years are such an awful sight.
I think the Tiger & Bunny and Rock Bison ones are really well done.
