In a faraway Fate/* series, Saber will finally be the Rider class and have this motorcycle.
Saber actually does have the potential to become Rider. she's just more suited to the Saber class.
Her Riding skill is Rank B, which means she can immediately operate any normal vehicle or riding animal, like in Fate/Zero Episode 13, where she was drifting Irisviel's 300SL...
I mean even as a Saber Class Servant her skill is rank B, a Rider like Iskander would have something like A or A+
then again shiro as a biker hoodlum instea dof a cooking-obsessed mechanic would prolly have been better... especially wiht his talent to fix gadgets.

Plus, there's the issue that the ritual grounds allowing for the Grail Wars in Fuyuki City have been removed post 5th War by Waver Velvet in his role as Lord El-Melloi II.
Lastly, there's the point of the F/SN Scenario determining her Fate. In the Fate Scenario, both True and Good Ending, she ends up in Avalon and has forsaken her contract with the World and can thus no longer be summoned. (As she's considered still alive by the people of GB and thus cannot be placed in the Throne of Heroes. And with her not having a contract anymore, that closes out that loophole as well.)
Plus in the Good ending she ans Shiro are reunited in Avalon, giving her even less of a reason to want to come back for anything.
UBW route.
Good Ending, she shacks up with Rin and Shiro and is given a "Second chance" at just living a "normal" life.
True Ending, bit more ambiguous as she does destroy the Grail and is thus sent back to her own time. However she does this on a happy note, might just mean that it would end up the same way as the True ending in the Fate Scenario. As she's come to accept her past, and is happy that Shiro will have someone to care for him, while she's gone.
Heaven's Feel is the most troubling of all, considering Saber's corruption and the type of effect it would have on her still living body back at Camlann. And that applies to both endings.
GSC also built a working life sized Saber bike from a Yamaha V-Max.

Take the Cromartie episode where Mechazawa is turned into a motorcycle. Replace Mechazawa with Berserker (Fate/Zero) and Kamiyama with Saber. Instant win.

Saber was a man in the author's original story and protagonist was a girl. But, it was decided that Saber is a girl because it would be suited for an eroge

They initially had a male Saber and a Female protagonist with the name of Sajyou Ayaka, but that this wasn't an ideal pair up based upon the target audience. So they gender flipped them and redid the designs and the rest is history.

Saber's riding skill is B. She can ride all sort of transportation means, but unlike Rider class, she can't ride holy beast or demonic beast, which require A+ riding skill.

Not quite. The 5th Berserker could've been any class, except for Caster.
Just depends on the Hero in question and what they're known for. Saber on the other hand points out that she can only be summoned as a Saber Servant and nothing else.
5th lancer coudlve actually also become a castr, hes a master of rune magic however he only used it two tiems in the whole story, once to find rin in the einzbern castle in UBW and later there to set the place on fire.
It was said in the series that a servant can pilot any vehicle.. Saber said it herself she could even fly a Helicopter.. Knowledge of all vehicles they have. Difference with Rider class is they can ride anything that means all animals not just vehicles.
