Osaka police are hunting a man for walking on the same street as a schoolgirl, whilst wearing a mask.
The police advisory warns that an Osaka middle school girl was unfortunate enough to encounter a suspicious man as she was on her way home at 6PM.
She reported the man, helpfully describing him as “over 20, of medium build, with short black hair and wearing a black sweater, white gloves and a white mask.”
Police advise the public to dial 110 should they see this man or any other suspicious persons, and to carry emergency buzzers.
Osaka police’s famous advisories are fast becoming the stuff of legend:

Unfortunately being "suspicious" is totally a subjective thing. One day you were walking under the damn hot sun when suddenly you started to get rashes around your neck due to the heat, at the same time a schoolgirl walked pass over you (who was uncontrollably scratching those rashes). Few days later, police came knocking on your front door and then quickly arrested after accusing that you have a fetish of scratching around your neck while stalking on schoolgirls.

-Dude B once walked by a road and schoolgirl B happened to be using that path too.
-Dude C once was jogging in the morning, greeting "Good Morning" to people including schoolgirl C
-Schoolgirl A, B, and C thought they were suspicious so they reported to the police
-Dude A, B and C were all arrested, if not hunted.
-One day, one of them was boarding a train when he saw a pregnant woman standing near his seat.
-Dude thought that if he chose to be nice, he will be accused of attempting to molest or rob that woman.
-Dude also thought the baby in the womb would end up growing as another paranoid schoolgirl in the future.
