“Moeurs” – Finally, Fashion is Moe

The unexpected conjunction of moe bishoujo and genuine fashion (as opposed to the fantasy sort involving cat ears and maid outfits) has resulted in “Moeurs” – a fashion mook eschewing bony 3D models in favour of svelte 2D girls by top artists.
