    Thousands of girls would fuck a guy like Kame just for the sake of fucking him (and if you just want him for sex then who gives a shit about plastic surgery?) Most girls wouldn't come near this mangaka, let alone fuck him, no matter what he wants people to think.

    The main reason is that celebrities like Kame, despite all the effort that it takes to maintain their looks, are made to look effortless. This mangaka, on the other hand, looks like he's trying too hard and calls attention to how false his "attractive" looks are. I'd imagine it's how guys feel when they see a girl with make-up caked on.

    The obvious fake looks, combined with his cam-whoring, don't speak well for his confidence. And confidence is something that's big when it comes to sex appeal.

    I agree with lady bane...
    kame looks much better than this guy plastic surgery or not... this guy looks like a clown to be frank because his hair and everything just looks so amateurish like hes trying so hard.

    also plastic surgery i dont think as that big of a deal so get over it, alot of my favorite stars like gackt also got it but i still love em. And its very common in the west, in fact we dont even blink an eye at it, end product is all that matters.

    KAME and the rest of kat-tun is all PLASTIC SURGERY.... this mangaka is BETTER than all of kat-tun, because at least hes (maybe) natural while kame is all fake.

    The photos were a funny load of "WTF?"

    Some of the artwork had good execution.

    And, as metrosexual has he looks / styles himself to be, I noticed he managed to talk a few women into dressing up in costumes they ordinarily would avoid - bloomers, sukumizu, short miniskirts, Touhou cosplay, and a furry wolf costume (?!).

    I don't know what it is, but the guy's got *something* going for him.

    I see people bashing for three reasons

    1) White people taking offense that he fixes himself up to have blonde hair, blue eyes, and white powder skin.
    First blonde doesn't look that great on him anyways, white people used color contacts just as much, and white powder is just an asian thing.
    I'm a white girl and I do favor asian men looks to white guys... caucasian looks is not the end all you guys think it is.

    2) Homophobic people bashing him because "he looks gay". I follow a lot of jpop and kpop and I can tell you there are plenty of macho and manly men. But there are also guys that look more feminine like him, they are called flower boys, and more accepted there. Don't have to be jealous.

    3) Otaku jealous of another guy that can have some fame and actually talk to real girls.

    Asian men in the media tend to be attractive in an exotic way. They show their sexual sides differently, and they don't seem to have the endless need to prove how macho they are, which gets tiring on so many levels because guys who do it are clearly trying to hard.

    I think for a lot of girls it's just something new.

    I'm a girl too, and I tend to like Asian men more than white men too. I'm not sure if it's a race thing so much as a cultural thing -- attractive Asian guys tend to take better care of themselves. Attractive white guys think that existing should be enough to get them women.

    Speaking as a female, I think he's pretty attractive. But, he also looks like a total dickhead to the douchiest degree.
    I dont think his art is very good either - the anatomy is pretty awful. There's far more accomplished and talented ero artists out there that probably arent half as insufferable as this guy.

    Most of what makes people look good are "average" features.
    Symmetry, Youth, and Normality make up looks nice.

    Studies have taken thousands of population photos and overlay them all together - Turns out, the resulting average face looks pretty hot.

    It's the non-average features that make you look a little uglier then the normal.

    The only exception is "exotic" features - Those are the X factor.

    Its manga. Not only is being 100% anatomically correct boring, its unartistic.

    zzz thats clearly not a shojou manga drawing style. the shojou manga rarely put effort into woman character detail. even though they do the man protagonist too plain. and once more it is clearly high level drawing u can see from the detailed effort in making hair.

    His biggest setback is really that he draws their waist and hips too narrow, and still has lines on the inside area of the breasts (making them look fakely firm).

    It seems to me that for all the things SanComers say about stereotyping you guys really REALLY have it bad, I'm not saying that his my idol or anything but the guy looks great is able to do his hobby, hang out with girls and be able to let himself loose a lot, a total winner if you ask me, he draws pretty good too.

    A lot of the comments are just plain jealously you guys have defended other guys before with your "leave them be" and "let them do what they want they aren't bothering anyone" lines, but when someone actually has fun doing it without being hated so much like the others you all go GAY GAY GAY! *Sign* being in Sancom for several years now, this is definitely one of the few times I've been so disappointed.

    I'm a girl, and I made a comment about him yesterday. I said he was unattractive. I didn't say anything about him being gay, and I think it's stupid that people would jump to that conclusion (I think those people ARE insecure.)

    You're crying directly about comments made in response to the article subject matter.
    So just because china had 2 isolated cases of people running over children, and 1 case of sewage being recycled into food it makes it okay for commenters to repeatedly dehumanize the entire chinese race and wish to 'nuke them'?
