Well Obitsu made a 1:1 chi doll I believe but it was just a doll. Obitsu dolls don't really have much 'likeness' to human bodies in the terms of detail.
Most of these dolls are 1:3, 1:4 and I believe that some of the ones with painted on eyes are 1:6 azones which are basically barbie sized.
There are a lot of people who mod their dolls to have more lifelike body features and blush the body to make it look more life like (as well as some who paint on pubic hair and such.) but they rairly come with it so you'd need to do it or pay someone to do it for you.
If I recall correctly there are a few (very few) dolls with sculpted anuses and more defined pussies but they're just for show.
You can also get different chest peices so you can choose the bust size (and as I'm a female collector who collects boy BJDs I feel the need to point out that there are companies who do the same for male doll's penises as well as different states. Y'know, semi erect etc.)
I think you'd be better looking into love dolls though if you're really set on height and weight and er, tactile...ness.
