China Builds “Leaning Tower of Zhejiang”

A China quality apartment building is currently being hailed as an inadvertent copy of Pisa’s famous architectural blunder, thanks to its increasingly pronounced lean – and as an added bonus, the tilting tower looks as though it may be about to create the world’s largest domino set.
Completed in China’s Zhejiang province in January, the 68m tall high-rise residential tower block was found to have started tilting in June, but specialists dismissed it as being “within design specifications.”
However, it kept tilting, and by the start of October it was so heavily tilted that even the local government was finally inclined to issue an evacuation order – not only for the leaning building, but also for several of the neighbouring towers, lest it suddenly topple into them.
A problem with the foundations is blamed for the tilt. It is not clear what will happen to the building.
The residents of the 18 households which had to be evacuated from the slanted building are now being housed at the developer’s expense.
Online, Chinese have dubbed the tower “The Rip-Off Leaning Tower of Pisa” and wondered if Italians would consider suing them should it lean any further – although given the fate of similar Chinese towers, it may not be around for much longer:

I'm actually kind of surprised there isn't a show on Chinese TV titled, "When Buildings Collapse!" followed by the even more popular, "When Things Explode!"

I am really glad they evacuated the tower. Maybe they could use chemical anchors, shaped charges, detcord (etc.) to safely collapse the building before it finally collapses on someone.

Ever see the episode of king of the hill where Dale made a 39 foot watch tower with no foundation to avoid building codes?
Pretty much the same with 90% of China's structures apparently.
The question is: can it explode?
Out of the eastern orientals how come china is seemingly the most richest but their products seem so damn cheap and third world, serious question. They have more economic power than say japan (earth quake proof buildings that withstand that horrible quake), korea (make tallest building in world in Dubai)
but China is a big fail their buildings trains and planes keep self destructing.
Serious question? Okay, serious answer. Outside of the incredibly upper class, the people of China will never see that money. Their government is keeping it all in order to hold the West hostage, a strategy that may or may not pay off. If China's economy collapses though, which is a very real and scary possibility, the entire rest of the world would be doing even poorer than it is right now economically.
Maybe the building is actually level and it's the whole rest of their country that is actually tilting?
