To be fair, the eroge barely had any ero in it.
Just a couple "ecchi situations" and 1 hentai scene for almost every single character at the end of their routes, something that took a LONG time even loading saves.
Yup...fanservice in the game was VERY little...and characters like Momoyo didn't have ANY H-scenes in their story line (the H-scenes of some characters were in the "extra routes"...2 or 3 H-scenes per girl)...the second game has even LESS fanservice...as in the animated fighting scenes the skirts have a gravity spell on them XD.

Wow, 1,000,000 scoville that means its made from a ghost chili pepper, a girl that can handle that much spice might be even too hot for me, and the best I could handle is habenero.
I guess it's no wonder people who haven't experienced the source material will just brush this aside as another one of 'those' animes. Too bad for them, haha. Personally I think the anime captures the zany and outrageous spirit of the eroge quite well. One of the few games that made me laugh throughout.

The VN is not full of these things so a lot of jump into VN thinking it's some ero visual novel. There are only few sex CG images the rest of the game is pure comedy and action.
