Geha refers to the “games & hardware” board on 2ch, which is host to notoriously crazed and mutually antagonistic populations of Nintendo, Sony and Microsoft fans (and is also the basis for the Neptunia games). Korea refers to followers of the “Korean wave,” and the Hanshin Tigers and Urawa Red Diamonds are both popular sports teams with at times overly dedicated supporters.
Those wondering why apparently harmless train-spotters are considered even more dangerous than seiyuu otaku and idol fanciers are advised to look into some of their previous antics.

Knowing how fangirls can react to certain romance genres... no way romance is in the 'normal' hardcore category... In fact, especially now that male fans are becoming major fans of romance anime/manga/visual novels now, there's more of the usual influx of the normal otaku craziness there.
I guess it makes sense if they only look at 2ch, but fandom insanity seems to go way beyond forum antics. Like how all those stalking/detective work didn't come from the board, but someone went to the board to post about it.
and i'm not sure why romance is in nearly first place of "harmful" section.
It must be my lack of knowlage about 2ch. Anyway, they seem scary.
For a domestic example of why it's in nearly first place, look at the Twinklesparklelight series and its fans.
If I had any say, Romance should be on the CRAZED but mostly harmless category. Unless it starts involving voice actors.. Or if it spills into yaoi/fangirl fandoms..

I think Japanese Otakus have this mindset that since society shuns them already, they're already bordering on insane or criminal. It's like a sense of abandon since the culture around them is more strict about lifestyles. It's a very weird paradigm.
