KFC Sues Obama Fried Chicken – “No You Can’t!”

Chinese media reports that Kentucky Fried Chicken is taking legal action against the management of “Obama Fried Chicken” on grounds of trademark infringement.
A store bearing the “OFC” livery – complete with Obama’s likeness replacing that of the Colonel – reportedly appeared in Beijing, causing rapid reverberations online and an almost equally rapid response from KFC proper, which vowed legal action.
The store was apparently the work of one of China’s notoriously innovative entrepreneurs, in this a case a university student, and had not yet opened.
This is not the first time KFC has had to deal with Chinese pretenders – previously it had to tackle “KFG”:

whatever you call it, the poor will be the poor and the rich will get richer. Of course, a government isn't really necessary in the first place.
As the saying goes... the enemy sits in your own country - at the top.
Because communist countries have a wonderful record of reporting on such statistics as crime rates incredibly accurately. Not to mention the fact no 3rd party independent organization could report anything that the government wouldn't want said.
I for one support communism, but I don't support china's government.
China is only communist in name. They're closer to a socialist regime. Unfortunately, few recognize this because countries who claim to be communist and claim to follow the communist manifesto written by Marx and Engels, are really something else entirely.

Every time Communism has been implemented in a country it has failed miserably and usually with the deaths of millions of people.
Your view of a "workers paradise" is myth because it goes against the grain of basic human nature.
People are naturally perverse and corrupt. When given absolute authority and put in positions of power like the aparatchiks in the CCCP it's a disaster.
I'm no big supporter of capitalism but Marx and Engles theories are pie in the sky and will never work in the real world. 75 years of Soviet rule in Russia did nothing but replace one oppressive regime (Czar) with another (Lenin, Stalin et al.) and the people suffered miserably under both.

This isn't cherry picking a flaw; US has flaws as well, but China has many more flaws that have become apparent over the years. You seem to haven't read the many horror stories on here, hm? Sure, China's violations don't measure up to other third world countires, but it being the most readily apparently -- and easily spotted -- also makes it harder to ignore. And China is apart of the U.N.
The U.S. and U.K. have also had plenty of faults, some even in human rights, but those? They aren't nearly as horrific as the stories that come out of China.
