Looks like they got everything right but the face, which is a deal breaker for me if it's not done right. The illustration has piercing blue eyes - the figure's is darker..seems a little off. Her hair is also more brown than blonde here.
The details however, are awesome.

Her arms look a little short, but not just on the figure, in the original illustration as well.
But that happens quite often I suppose. Many people just forget, that normal arms go all the way down to just a hand's length above your knees.
Except she's a robot. I'm pretty sure a robot's arms can be built to any length. : )
asian people have shorter arms/longer torsoes in general, you can see this "mistake" quite often in anime (i remember K-ON characters having very short arms). some europeans also tend to have arms on the short side...

Aegis is love. This figure really does the art justice. This is timed perfectly with the news that she's a character in that Persona fighting game. Can't wait to play her in that.

She's only in Persona 3, but I'd highly recommend it. She's an incredible character, with a pretty significant role in the game.
