Even Kirino herself is drooling over the news that the new Ore no Imouto Portable game will be “full of H scenes” and is apparently to contain yet another pregnancy ending.
Eschewing a simple “2,” the new game will be entitled “Ore no Imouto ga Konna ni Kawaii Wake ga Nai Portable ga Tsuzuku Wake ga Nai” (“There’s no way Ore no Imouto […] Portable will continue…”) – its new features in summary format:
The game takes the form of a drastically expanded version of the original with “1.8 times” the content, but it is not a full sequel as such
The original is included together with the expanded content
There are secrets for those with save data from the previous game, and various in game omake
There are now lots of H scenes

Since when does Sony even allow H scenes? Last I knew, that was why so many H VNs got clean version to begin with: they were ported to the PS/PS2 and Sony required the H scenes to be removed. This was still true at least as recently as the PS2 port of Little Busters! in late 2009.
